A BILL to amend article five, chapter thirty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by
adding thereto a new section, designated section twenty-five,
relating to continuation of the West Virginia board of
pharmacy.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:

That article five, chapter thirty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section twenty-
five, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 5. PHARMACISTS, PHARMACY TECHNICIANS, PHARMACY INTERNS
AND PHARMACIES.
§30-5-25. Continuation of the board.

The
West Virginia board of pharmacy will continue to exist
until the first day of July, two thousand eight, pursuant to
the
provisions of article ten, chapter four of this code unless sooner terminated, continued or reestablished pursuant to the provisions
of the article.
